Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADF)

David Doran has been mediating cases for more than a decade. He is a member of the Association of Missouri Mediators and is a mediator on the Mediation and Assessment Panel for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Mr. Doran obtained mediation certification for Civil Cases from the Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution at the University of Missouri – Columbia - School of Law. He obtained mediation certification for Family Law from the Washington University School of Law – St. Louis – Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and the Missouri State University Center for Dispute Resolution

Mediating family and domestic matters including the following:

• Property and Debt Division
• Child Support and Maintenance Issues
• Business and Civil Related Matters

Mr. Doran is accepting mediation referrals from the courts and attorneys.
